Monday saw the unveiling of a wax monument of French football icon Zinedine Zidane at the Griffin Museum in Paris.
Zidane, 50, and his wife posed for some pictures in front of his statue.

Zidane led his nation to its first-ever World Cup victory in 1998, where he scored twice against Brazil in the championship game, and later guided them to the 2000 European Championship.
The 2006 World Cup final was similarly inspired by France, but it was the moment when Marco Matirazi, an Italian defender, was sent off and France lost to Italy in a penalty shootout that stayed in people’s minds.
Real Madrid and Zidane won the European Champions League in 2002. After that, Zidane returned to the Spanish club as a coach and helped him win three Champions League championships.
At the conclusion of the 2020–21 campaign, Zidane left the Royal Club.
