The Chinese yuan is in its lowest level in 15 years

Due to investor apprehension following President Xi Jinping’s declaration that the Communist Party now has complete authority during a significant meeting last week, the Chinese yuan fell to its lowest level versus the US dollar in 15 years.
The local yuan fell by 0.6%, reaching 7,3084 against the dollar, its lowest level since December 2007, and getting close to the minimal trading range established by the Central Bank on Tuesday.

At 7,3735 to the dollar, the external yuan, which trades outside of the Chinese mainland, also achieved its lowest value since the banks in Hong Kong were given permission to open accounts in Renbe in 2010.
Along with other major currencies, the Chinese currency had a loss at a time when the tight federal reserve banks are driving investors toward the dollar.

The announcement at the end of last week raised a third term for the party’s head and giving leadership positions to close and allies, fears between investors that the Chinese authorities continue to close the closure procedures related to the policy of “Safar Kovid” and other policies that have harmed the economy.
Despite the news that the third quarter’s growth was greater than anticipated, the yuan dropped along with the Chinese stocks listed in Hong Kong on the same day.

The practises of Shi “Safar Kovid,” which continue to force the closure of factories and on millions of people, are one of the most unsettling.
In his speech at the conclusion of the Chinese Communist Party conference on Saturday, Xi emphasised that China is the only big economy in the world to pursue these policies and that the nation’s response was effective.

China also faces an unprecedented crisis in the real estate sector, which represents more than a quarter of the country’s gross domestic product if the construction is added to it.
After experiencing years of rapid growth made possible by the ease of obtaining loans, the Chinese president started a campaign against excessive debt.

Since 15 years ago, the Chinese yuan has never been this weak.
