Muller’s stomach issue prevented him from playing for Bayern Munich in the German Bundesliga match that Hoffenheim won 2–0 at the start of this week.
Muller led his club to seven triumphs with eight goals in eight games against Barcelona.
Regarding Noir, Maran ran on Tuesday and is expected to make a full recovery from his shoulder injury in time to play in the league encounter against Mainz early next week, but he will be unable to play on Wednesday.
Bayern Munich has already qualified for the round of sixteen in the Champions League and could win the top of the group if he defeated Barcelona, in the match between Bayern and his former star Robert Lewandowski, the current Barcelona striker.
If Inter Milan defeats Czech Victoria Plzen in the other match in the group, Barcelona’s chances of making it to the round of sixteen may be over before the start of its match against Bayern.
Muller is added to the list of Bayern players travelling to Barcelona.
