According to the official media, an Iranian man who had a reputation for being the “most filthy in the world” passed away on Tuesday at the age of 94 after decades of not taking a bath.
The mechanized man, “Amo Haji”, who had not bathed over a period of more than half a century, left on Sunday in the village of Djaka in Faris Governorate in southern Iran, according to the official “IRNA” agency, on Tuesday.

According to a local official who was reported by the news organisation, the man was avoiding taking a bath out of concern that he would “get the disease.”
The man who had spent his life alone had been replaced. According to local media, a documentary named “The Strange Life of Amo Haji” was created in 2013.
For the first time in months, “several of the villagers brought him to the restroom for washing,” according to “IRNA.”
