The “Egypt 2022” economic conference, which is being held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, will resume its activities on Monday, October 24, 2022, in the new administrative capital. This session will focus on the opportunities for private sector participation in the transportation sector.
In the presence of representatives of the largest international and local companies working in the field of management and employment in the ministry sectors as well as the international and local companies that wish to invest in the various transport sectors, especially with the great renaissance and the great qualitative shift, the discussion session on investment opportunities in the Ministry of Transport is led by the team of Engineer, Kamel, Minister, Minister of Transport, and Engineer.
The Minister of Transport is expected to review during the session the policies of the Ministry of Transport in maximising participation with the private sector and projects, a plan to implement in all Ministry of Transport sectors, and the size of participation with the private sector, as well as a review of investment opportunities for partnership with the private sector in all sectors of transportation (maritime transport – tunnels and electrical traction). Roads, bridges, dry ports, logistics hubs, river transportation, and collective transport are all included.
