The structure of international politics has evolved to the point that the major nations will no longer allow the supremacy of any party, according to the annual report of the International Dialogue Forum “Valdei.”
According to those in charge of the report “World without great powers”, the next historical period will be accompanied by very possible “military conflicts and clashes, which are inevitable in the process of forming a new international system.
” In such circumstances, the most important question becomes how to ensure the balanced performance of the international system, in the absence of “hegemony and hierarchy” according to Russia today.
In light of this, the report claims that “The United States and its allies’ dominance actually no longer exists, but the entire global infrastructure it supported is still in place, according to the current state of affairs.
As a result, a powerful machine was developed for the “proper” distribution of the advantages (in the interest of the dominant state) and (yet) improving progress, which later became a mechanism to penalise the aspirants to global dominance or merely dissatisfaction.
