According to the South Korean Yonhap news agency, a South Korean warship fired a warning shot at a North Korean ship early on Monday after becoming suspicious of the two nations’ disputed maritime borders.

According to the South Korean Army, it fell north after the South Korean navy fired warning shores, according to Yonhap.
However, a spokesman for the North Korean Army Staff claimed that after the South Korean army had fired warning shots at around 03:50 am (2015 GMT on Sunday), Pyongyang fired ten shells from a number of missile launchers.
According to Yonhap, he continued by saying, “We have again warned the adversaries who fought marine provocations in addition to conducting artillery fire and broadcasting the loudspeakers across the border.”
