The Russian Ministry of Defense issued a warning on Sunday against what it called the “provocation of Kyiv” as the Russian-Ukrainian conflict rages on and international concerns about any lapse in nuclear weapons use rise.
According to Sputnik, Defense Secretary Sergey Shoigu and his French counterpart Sebastian Lecorno spoke on the phone about the situation in Ukraine and Shoigu’s belief that the Ukrainian government is always aiming for an unchecked escalation.
A “dirty bomb,” a low-power nuclear weapon, or possibly the potential to hit a water dam in Jiusson that could drown the entire city in order to accuse the Russian forces were other conceivable Ukrainian provocations that he expressed concern over.
These declarations followed the Novosti agency’s citation of reputable sources in many nations, including Ukraine, who said that there were signs that Kyiv was planning to provoke by using the “dirty bomb” or low-yield nuclear weapons
