Jordan: We seek to stop the security deterioration in the Palestinian territories and return to serious and effective negotiations to achieve a two -state solution

Ayman Al-Safadi, the Jordanian minister of foreign affairs and affairs of Jordanian expatriates, said today: “We will work to find a mechanism to determine the areas where we can cooperate clearly, and in a way that achieves the common benefits of the two countries.” He added that the dialogue was constructive and fruitful and that it will be successful with the adoption of follow-up mechanisms to put what was agreed upon into practise.

This came during a meeting of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Jordanian Expatriate Affairs Ayman Al -Safadi, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Northern Republic of Macedonia, Boyar Osmanani, today, Sunday, where they held talks during which they agreed to work to increase cooperation in different vital sectors, and then signed a cooperation protocol between the two foreign ministries of countries It will serve as a discussion starting point for upcoming projects of coordination and cooperation.

Safadi commended the position taken by northern Macedonia in favour of the two-state solution, which is the best way to bring about a just and lasting peace.

Al-Safadi claimed that he had communicated with Northern Macedonia Minister, his counterpart, about “the efforts made by the Kingdom to stop the deterioration in the security situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, and to find the political horizon that allows a return to serious and effective negotiations to achieve the two-state solution, which we always stressed that there is no alternative to achieving peace Adel and comprehensive.”

Jordan: To achieve a two-state solution, we want to resume serious and productive dialogue and stop the worsening of security in the Palestinian territories.
