ISIS kills 6 elements from Boko Haram in Nigeria

Six ISWAP members were murdered when they attacked the “Sunnis for Call and Jihad,” popularly known as Boko Haram, in what appeared to be a continuation of the current struggle.
Six Boko Haram militants were killed after ISWAP quietly raided their home in Gajibo, a village 95 kilometres northeast of Maidjuri, the state capital of Borno.

An intelligence source told Zagazola Makama, an expert on rebellion and security analyst in Lake Chad, that the attackers also recovered five AK 47 rifles from Boko Haram terrorists.
In their continuous conflicts, ISWAP has conducted numerous effective attacks against Boko Haram militants, resulting in significant losses for the organisation.

As ISIS in West Africa has vowed to battle with the former major organisation members rather than battling with the Nigerian military, the escalation of the conflicts between terrorist groups may result in irrevocable self-destruction.
