The credentials of Ihab Suleiman, the new Egyptian ambassador to Palestine who replaces Tariq Tayel, were presented to Mahmoud Abbas, the president of the Palestinian Authority, today, Saturday.
The Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad Al-Maliki, the President’s Adviser for Diplomatic Affairs, Majdi Al-Khalidi, and the Commander of the Presidential Guard, Major General Mounir Al-Zoubi all attended the ceremony, which took place at the presidential headquarters in the city of Ramallah.
The Egyptian envoy lined up the honour guards and inspected them.
