The Al-Seeb Club granted the Sultanate of Oman the first continental title in its history, crowning it on Saturday in the AFC Cup, after its victory over its host, Kuala Lumpur City, Malaysian 3-0 at the Poketit Galil National Stadium.
After the Asian Champions League, the AFC Cup is the second club level in the continent. It was first played in 2004 and was won by the Syrian army.
