China’s former leader Hu Jintao escorted out of party congress

On Saturday local time, during the closing ceremony of a seven-day party conference in Beijing, the former Chinese president Hu Jintao had assistance leaving the stage.
As two employees escorted the 79-year-old away, he appeared a little off-balance and raised concerns about his health.
Hu was seen speaking briefly to his successor, President Xi Jinping, whom he had been sitting next to in the front row.
Regarding the cause of Hu being assisted off the stage, there was no official statement.
