Bahraini Minister of Development: Relations between Cairo and Manama are ancient and historical

Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al-Asfour, the Minister of Social Development in the Kingdom of Bahrain, reaffirmed that Egypt and Bahrain have had long-standing and enduring ties throughout history, praising the level of close cooperation between the two nations in numerous domains.

Al-Asfour stated that relations between (Cairo) and (Manama) are strong and distinguished, and have seen press cooperation in a variety of sectors, in a special statement to the director of the Middle East News Agency office in Jordan on the sidelines of the “77” session of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Social Affairs Ministers in the Jordanian capital (Amman).

He continued by highlighting the strong ties between Egypt and Bahrain at all leadership, governmental, and popular levels, noting that the two nations are cooperating in the area of social development for the mutual benefit of the two nations and the two brotherly peoples, and praising the level of coordination and cooperation in the area of social and soc-political solidarity.

He emphasised that Manama has a sound approach and strategy based on supporting all images Joint Arab cooperation and solidarity, stressing that the Bahraini leadersh He pointed out that Egypt has great experiences and experiences in all sectors, especially protection, social development, and the fight against violence and extremism, expressing Bahrain’s aspiration to more cooperation, coordination, and benefit from Egyptian experiences and mutually between the two countries.

In expressing Bahrain’s desire for greater cooperation and coordination to strengthen the Arab position in all fields, sectors, and issues, he noted Bahrain’s (leadership, government, and people’s) keenness to develop shared Arab positions toward enhancing social security and consolidating the opportunities for prosperity in all Arab countries.

The 77th session of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Social Affairs Ministers, which was held last week in Amman, Jordan, with the participation of Nevin Al-Kabbaj, Minister of Social Solidarity, and six other nations, came to an end on Thursday.
