An American bill entitled “Mohsa Amini” to punish the Iranian guide and regime leaders

According to the Washington Free Bacon website, Republican US House of Representatives member Jim Banks has presented a draught law titled “Mohsa Amini Law” that will penalise Ali Khamenei, Ibrahim Raisi, and their neighbourhood for Iran’s pervasive human rights violations.
This project claims that all Iranian leaders, including Supreme Leader Khamenei, who have been involved in human rights abuses have assets.

Part of this project states that “the Iranian guide has full authority over the judiciary and the security services, including the Ministry of Intelligence, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, the Basij Organization, and all institutions involved in human rights violations in Iran. ”
All democratic members of the US House of Representatives were shown the project, according to sources in Congress, but none of them expressed support for it.

Claudia Tini, a member of the US House of Representatives, said in reference to the more than 200 deaths during the Iranian protests: “Join Banks project to introduce the Muhsa law to create sanctions against prominent Iranian authorities and human rights abusers.

The Republican Law in the US House of Representatives, also known as the “Mohsa Amini Law,” imposes the most severe punishments on Khamenei and his inner circle while having the fewest negative repercussions on the Iranian people, according to “Xio Wang,” a former American prisoner in Iran.

The European Union member states have agreed to implement sanctions on the Iranian regime in order to put an end to the protests. Since the start of the Iranian people’s movement, the US government has placed sanctions on individuals and oppressive institutions in Iran.

On Monday, October 17, the European Union announced the imposition of sanctions on 11 individuals and 4 Iranian entities, against the background of the killing of the Iranian young woman, Mighsin Amini and the suppression of popular protests in the country.
The Iranian “Ethics Police,” its president Muhammad Rustami, and Ahmed Mirzai, the head of the “Ethics Police’s” Tehran branch, were all subject to extended EU sanctions.

Because Iran’s government was responsible for the internet outage there, the European Union also imposed sanctions on Issa Zaraa Pur, the country’s minister of communications.
In addition, the British Foreign Ministry announced the imposition of sanctions on the officials of the “Ethics Police”, as well as Ghulam Reda Soleimani, head of the Basij forces in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, Hassan Kermi, the police chief of the police, and Hussein Ishi, the police chief in Iran.

Similar penalties have already been imposed by Washington.
Travel and asset freeze are two of the measures imposed by the European Union, and its residents and businesses are also prohibited from doing business with people and organisations that are included on the sanctions list.
While under repression and with their internet disrupted, international efforts are being made to assist Iranians in maintaining contact with the outside world.

“Mohsa Amini” is a U.S. legislation to punish the Iranian rulers and guide.
