Pedestrian struck by truck on Broad Street in Regina

A 42-year-old woman was brought to the hospital on Friday following a car collision.
On October 21, at approximately 6:50 a.m., Regina police were called to a motor vehicle accident on Broad Street close to 7th Avenue North.
When police arrived, they attended to a woman who was lying on the road injured. According to reports, a truck allegedly struck the pedestrian.
EMS transported the person to the hospital with injuries deemed not to be life-threatening.

The truck’s 20-year-old male driver stayed on the scene. The scene has been cleaned up as the investigation continues.
As of October 21st, no charges have been filed in relation to the event.
