On Thursday, the Egyptian Public Prosecutor issued an order referring Kholoud Al-Sayyid, the orphan girl who killed his fiancée, to an urgent trial.
The accused of killing a “Port Said Girl” was referred to the Criminal Court 72 hours after the incident for punishment after he was charged with premeditated deliberate murder.
The accuser and the victim had problems recently, according to the prosecution, because of the accused’s extreme jealously, control over their interactions, and the persistence of his misfortune, which led her to end their relationship. She continued by saying that the accused was determined to kill her and did so by sneaking onto her balcony and killing her.
The prosecution disclosed that it had established the evidence for the accused based on his admission of guilt during the investigations and his imitation of how the crime was committed to the incident, as well as a certificate of 18 witnesses, including the detective officer who is conducting investigations and others who have a relationship with the victim, who confirmed that she had previously received death threats from the accused and that he was among the witnesses who saw the incident.
The prosecution clarified that it also established the guide from what I observed with the records of the monitoring devices installed by a property for the theatre of the incident, which monitored the accused’s entry and exit to and from the premises where the accident occurred at the same time that it occurred, as well as an audio recording of a phone conversation between the victim and another one of her coworkers working coincided with the accuse’s surprise. She has heard from her disclosure of his killing and his hope for him to refrain from his action.
According to the investigations and the prosecution, the Forensic Medicine Authority’s anatomical report showed that the victim’s death gave the impression that the investigations were complete.
