On October 28, the court will convene a hearing to hear from them.

In the case known as “Neymar 2”, the prosecution is demanding five years in prison and 10 million euros as a fine for Russell, for corruption and fraud related to the Brazilian international deal.
However, it is requesting Bartomeo’s exoneration because he did not actively participate in the contract discussions.
In addition, the prosecution is asking for Neymar to serve two years in prison and pay a fine of 10 million euros for his involvement in a corruption crime, as well as two years and one year in prison for the player’s parents and three years in prison for Odilio Rodriguez.
