The reception to commemorate Queen Margaret II’s 50 years on the throne will finally take place, the royal family of Denmark confirmed on Tuesday. It had previously been postponed twice.
Due to the Korona virus in the Kofid-19, the Queen planned to commemorate the golden jubilee on its real anniversary, which was last January, but she moved many of his events to late summer instead.
However, the 82-year-old Queen again scaled back the festivities in September after the passing of Queen Elizabeth II as a mark of respect.
The reception will now likely take place on November 12 in the Copenhagen municipal building.
