Zellinski: Russia destroyed 30% of the power plants in Ukraine

According to reports in the media, Ukrainian President Foludmir Zellinski claimed today, Tuesday, that 30% of Ukraine’s power plants had been destroyed by Russia.

Along the Russian-Ukrainian border, in the Donbas region, Russia launched a new military operation that used “high-precision weapons” to target Ukraine’s military infrastructure, air defence system, and air force.
