According to Mohamed Hassan Al-Suwaidi, managing director and chief executive officer of the “Holding” company, with the transfer process now complete and Etihad Airways Group added to the company’s portfolio of logistical and transport services, the company will continue to carry out its strategic plans to strengthen the position of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and make it a more prominent regional hub for the international transportation industry.
It is worth noting that the ownership of the auxiliary companies affiliated with the Etihad Airways Group has already been transferred to “Holding”, with the aim of establishing an integrated company in the field of support services and aviation support.
The flight portfolio in “Holding” will now include Etihad Air Group in addition to Abu Dhabi airports, “Wizer” Abu Dhabi, and ADQ Air and Air Services, among other significant businesses.
