The oldest kingdoms of the world now .. most notably Campodia and Japan

Even though many of the world’s royal systems are still descended from the British Kingdom and some of them have been in existence for hundreds of years despite being beaten in the foot, they are not the oldest kingdoms in existence right now because there is one that is very nearly two thousand years old.

Campodia
The Kingdom of Cambodia was established in 68 AD, and the difference between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the rest of the kingdoms is that the ruling is not transmitted by inheritance, but rather by election, although the king is elected once for life, where a limited number of nobles can advance these elections, and the current King of Campodia Nureodom Sehhamouni and cannot Paying his successor due to the royal election system.

Japan
