The Egyptian General Book Authority, headed by Dr. Ahmed Bahi El -Din Al -Asasi, is participating in the 69th session of the Frankfurt International Book Fair, scheduled to be opened tomorrow, Wednesday, and its activities will continue until October 23.
The Egyptian General Book Authority is representing Egypt at the worldwide exhibition, together with approximately 200 of the authority’s books and a strong cultural programme.
The 20 square metre wing that the authorities has been preparing is now complete.
It is scheduled that the authority will hold meetings with translators to exchange books translating from different languages of the world, and the Egypt pavilion offers a catalog that includes the latest publications of Arabic books and the most prominent new addresses presented by the authority in order to be seen by visitors to the Frankfurt exhibition.
It is noteworthy that the Frankfurt Book Fair is participating in more than four thousand exhibition entities, from 65 countries from around the world, and this year’s session is celebrated in Spain as a guest of honor, which will participate in a delegation of about 200 people, and a group of the most prominent writers and poets will participate, and the Spanish writers Irene Valigo and Antonio will participate Two letters on literary matters were sent by Monoith Molina, and the Spanish wing will use the exhibition to showcase cutting-edge AI techniques.
