The General Assembly will take place on November 9th, according to the International Holding Company’s Board of Directors, to examine the following agenda: The entry of the Infiniti Wif Holding Company, “Innity”, as a strategic contributor to the company, after obtaining the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority.
Infiniti’s shares in the capital of Al-Balasbi Holding Company, Mustablay Group Company, and Al-Sir Company for Equipment and Maritime Supplies were approved by the company for acquisition in exchange for the issuance of shares of the company’s capital increase in Infiniti’s favour, according to the company’s disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Financial Market.
It is significant that the perception of capital increased from 1,821,428,571 to 2,193,539,885 dirhams, with the issuing of 372,111,314 shares specifically for Infiniti as a matching to the acquisition of the targeted shares.
