After receiving France Football’s Golden Ball for being the best player in the world in 2022, French President Emmanuel Macron sung Karim Benzema’s name.
Through his social networking site account and brief posts, Macron expressed himself “24 years after Zinedine Zidane’s victory, Carm Benzema was able to bring the new golden ball to France, setting a record that will go down in football history. Best wishes to him!”

During Real Madrid’s most recent season in 2021–2022, French sensation Karim Benzema excelled both locally and internationally.
Last season, Karim Benzema played 32 games for Real Madrid in the Spanish League. He scored 27 goals and provided 12 assists. This season, he won the La Liga top scorer award.
He participated in 12 Champions League games with Real, scored 15 goals, made two game-winning passes, and was awarded the top scorer of the competition.
Karim Benzema helped crown Real Madrid by winning the Champions League for the 14th time in the club’s history and the Spanish League for the 35th time in the club’s illustrious history.
