Russian Defense: Complete a prisoner exchange deal with the Kyiv regime forces

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced the completion of a prisoner exchange deal, during which 110 Russian citizens, including 72 civilian sailors, have been detained by the Kyiv regime since February 2022.
On the other hand, Russia released 108 soldiers to the Ukrainian side, and two soldiers voluntarily chose to stay in the Russian Federation rather than return to Ukraine.

Tatiana Mosclova, the Russian Federation’s human rights commissioner, participated personally in the negotiations and declared that the released convicts will be sent to Moscow for medical care and physical and psychological rehabilitation.
