Klopp talks about Salah’s goal and attacks Guardiola’s views after the Reds summit against City

In the English Premier League, Liverpool coach Juergen Klopp discussed his team’s triumph over Manchester City thanks to an unanswered goal at Anfield.
Mohamed Salah, a prominent player for Liverpool, scored the game-winning goal for Liverpool against City in the 75th minute.
“I think it is a normal day that you cannot try against City as you have to do your best and this is what we did and defended against them very well and closed the spaces and we made good interventions at the right time.

Salah played a wonderful match and gave an amazing and great performance, and the goal was international, he continued.
He went on: “According to certain media, Salah controlled the ball well and made good use of his physical strength, so I assumed he would have capitalised on the opportunity had he taken it. The goal is very cool.

He went on: “We were applying when the City player interfered in that way, and as I was standing right in front of him, I was furious. It was obviously an ugly moment, but it did occur (meant the expulsion).

Regarding Guardiola’s comments, he said: “I heard some (referring to Pep Guardiola) say that the decision was made [to cancel their goal] because to the slanderous behaviour of the Anfield fans, but what about the error on Salah? Is dropping Fabinho, the player, and the shirt not enough to be wrong?
The fact that the match was taking place at Anfield, as Guardiola had suggested, caused Klopp to raise the issue during the press conference.

After the Reds’ game versus City, Klopp discusses Salah’s goal and criticises Guardiola’s opinions.
