A Russian military plane crashed in the city of Yesk

Near Ukraine, a populated area was hit by a military plane from Russia.
A SU-34 aircraft crashed in the courtyard of a residential section in Yesk in southern Russia, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
She explained that the cause of the crash, as quoted by the pilot, was a malfunction that hit one of its engines during the takeoff, which led to the burning of the fuel tank.

Additionally, the TAS agency cited the emergency services as saying that the plane’s captain was forced to land the aircraft, that 15 apartments were damaged as a result of the accident, and that the fire’s size was roughly 2000 square metres.
After the plane crashed, a nine-story residential structure caught fire as the aircraft was performing training missions.
