A German study: About 10% of Corona injured go to work despite their illness

According to a German survey, 10% of Corona’s injured workers continue to report to work despite being ill.
The findings of a study with the working title “Work 2022” and done by the legal health insurance business “Bronova BKK” revealed that 9% of patients are present in their offices and have a light path to the disease despite having good results from their Corona tests.
The newspapers of the “Fonke” media group issued today, Monday, obtained a copy of the results.

The findings showed that 17% of the injured are working from home, and another 17% are staying at home for a few days until their acute symptoms subside. 8% of respondents stated they would decide on a job if these severe symptoms subsided.
On the other hand, 33% of those surveyed said that they remain at home if they have a slight path for Corona until they recover again.
16% of respondents to the survey claimed they were still uninfected with Corona.

In September of last year, 1,200 workers were surveyed for the study.
The vast majority of interviewees claimed that they often arrive at work unwell. In addition to the 9% of people who claimed to have worked while they were in Corona, more than 20% of people claimed to have worked while suffering from infectious diseases.
Only 28% of Germans indicated in the study that they would stay at home if they were ill and were unable to work.

According to the study, 49% of employees report that they continue to work despite having back discomfort, 38% report that they are sensitive, and a third report that they continue to work despite having both physical and mental health issues.

For his part, Dr. Gerd Herold, a consultant at Brunova BKK, stated that working through illness is a fascinating topic, particularly in the case of infectious diseases, because “and who is not treated calmly, it risk the heart or other organs to attack viral diseases to it, as It risks the exacerbation of the symptoms that it is cared for by medications, as well as the possibility of infection of other infections.”

He called the fact that Corona was present at work despite the test’s positive outcome a “irreplaceable threat.”

According to a German research, 10% of Corona wounded workers continue to work while ill.
