The death toll from a mine explosion in northern Turkey has risen to 41

The explosion that occurred at a coal mine in the country’s north has now claimed the lives of 41 individuals, according to Turkish authorities, who announced this today, Saturday.
On Saturday, the American news network “CNBC” stated that 110 miners were employed by the state mine, which is situated in the same-named city in the coastal province.

The Turkish Ministry of Health announced yesterday that an explosion occurred inside a coal mine in the north of the country, killing at least 22 people, explaining that the explosion occurred in the “TTK Amasra” mine in the town of Amasara, the coastal province of Partin.
According to Fateh Donmez, the Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, “A preliminary study suggests that the explosion is likely caused by ignition.”

41 people have already died as a result of a mine explosion in northern Turkey.
