Saudi Arabia and South Africa expect 15 memoranda of understanding and review bilateral relations

Before signing 15 memoranda of understanding, including one between the General Authority for Military Industries in the Kingdom and the South African Armament Corporation for cooperation in the field, the Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, discussed bilateral relations and cooperation aspects with South Africa’s President, “Cyril Ramafuza,” who is currently in the Kingdom.

The exchanging ceremony of an agreement, a programme of collaboration, and a bilateral understanding programme was seen by the Saudi Crown Prince and South African President, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) today, Sunday. the government of Africa between Ibrahim Patel, the minister of trade, industry, and competition, and Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, the chairman of the Saudi Press Agency’s board of directors.

Additionally, the Saudi Minister of Investment, Eng. Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, and Batil signed a Memorandum of Understanding to Cooperate in the Field of Direct Investment Encouraging, and the Saudi Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawah, and the South African Transport Minister, Viklei April Maballa, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to Cooperate in the Field of Communications and Information Technology.

Along with 11 other agreements in various fields, the two parties also signed a memorandum of understanding in the area of military acquisition between Eng. Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Ohali, governor of the Saudi General Authority for Military Industries, and Solomizi, CEO of the South African Armament Corporation.

South Africa and Saudi Arabia plan to reassess their bilateral relations and sign 15 memoranda of agreement.
