Police investigate two separate fatal crashes in New Brunswick

In New Brunswick, two police departments are looking into tragic collisions.
A 42-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle collision overnight on Saturday, according to the Fredericton Police Department.
The incident happened at or around one in the morning close to 80 Riverside Drive in the city, according to police. Traffic was temporarily stopped while detectives were on the site.
The inquiry, according to police, is ongoing.
A 20-year-old Clair, New Brunswick, man, according to the provincial RCMP

early on Friday morning in Baker Brook, in a single-vehicle collision.
Just after 5 a.m., the event happened on Route 120 in the town. When the police arrived on the scene, they reportedly discovered the driver had been ejected from the car. After being brought to a hospital, the man passed away from his wounds.
Police say it’s believed “the driver lost control of the car and left the roadway” when he crashed.
According to the RCMP, an autopsy will be planned to ascertain the man’s precise cause of death.
