Millions won in Ontario, but Lotto Max jackpot remains unclaimed for another week

The Lotto Max jackpot has not been won after another week has passed.
According to Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp., the jackpot from Friday’s draw was not claimed, but numerous million-dollar tickets were won across the province.
The Lotto Max jackpot had never gone unclaimed for this long, according to the OLG on Wednesday. 18 draws have occurred since the last jackpot winner.
Six tickets worth $1 million were picked in Ontario during Friday’s draw, while several other tickets, including a $1.

Also chosen were the 4 million second-place prize winners.
Million-dollar tickets were sold, according to OLG, in York Region, Markham, Burlington, Brant County, Welland, and Toronto. Additionally, a ticket for $50000 was purchased in Woodbridge.
According to OLG, the second-place pool, worth little over $1.4 million, was won by someone in Simcoe County.
The winners of the encore tickets in Toronto, York Region, and Woodbridge received prizes worth between $100,000 and $1 million.
The Lotto Max jackpot of $70 million is still unclaimed.
