The US President, Joe Biden, reportedly refuses to acknowledge the role of the US dollar in the current issues facing the global economy, according to the White House press office.
“The price of the dollar does not raise any concern I have,” Laiden was quoted as saying in the statement.
“The problem is restricted to the absence of economic growth and sensible policies in other nations, not in the United States,” the US President continued.
He spoke of the problem of “global inflation,” which is becoming more severe outside of the United States.
Biden emphasised, “Our economy is really solid.”
The International Monetary Fund stated in a new report yesterday, Friday, that the sharp rise in the value of the US dollar this year and its rise to a record level since 2000 has led to great economic consequences in almost all countries of the world.
