CAIRO – 16 October 2022: In the presence of director Khaled Galal, head of the sector, and Adel Abdo, head of the Artistic House of Folk and Performing Arts, Egypt’s Minister of Culture Nevine el-Kilany launched the first phase of the development works of the National Circus in Agouza, affiliated with the Cultural Production Sector.
The development works include installing the latest sound and light equipment, updating the players’ and coaches’ clothes, renewing the circus’ tent and the tent’s fence, and modernizing the indoor and outdoor displays as well as the artists’ rooms.
The event began with the screening of a video that described the many stages of the production process.
