Walker is confident of his ability to recover and participate in the World Cup

After undergoing surgery, Kyle Walker, a defender for Manchester City, voiced his certainty that he would finish first in his race in time to compete in the World Cup.
Walker had thigh surgery last week, according to the British Press Agency, after being forced to leave the match between Manchester City and Manchester United on the second of this month, which Manchester City won 3–2.

On being asked if he felt confident or wanted to win the title before the World Cup 2022 tournament began on November 20, the English international player of the British Broadcasting Authority responded, “I feel confident.”
“I passed a lot in my career now, know my body and what I feel, and I simply feel that I can do this,” he continued. “But it’s the human body, and I had surgery, so I have to be patient.”
There will be some challenges along the way, he continued.

Walker, 32, claimed that his performance was better than anticipated and that he made good progress. He continued, “It is frustrating – I think everyone that kicked the ball and played a match will say that the injury is the worst thing.
But this presented me with a small challenge, one that I had set for myself, and I had forgotten that I still had 10 days to complete it.

Walker, who spoke with England coach Gareth Southgate by phone, claimed that he was lobbying for surgery to be performed as soon as feasible a day following the operation.

Walker is certain that he will be able to recuperate and compete in the World Cup.
