Spanish newspaper: The “Best” award ceremony is postponed after the 2022 World Cup

Press reports revealed that the International Football Association “FIFA” has settled on the postponement of the year awards, which will be held annually under the name “The Best”, due to the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
According to the Spanish publication Marca, FIFA has already decided to hold the year awards presentation in Qatar in January 2022, following the conclusion of the World Cup.

In its report, the newspaper pointed out that the French Karim Benzema won the Best Prize, for the distinguished season presented by Real Madrid, and led him to crown the Champions League.
32 teams are expected to compete in the World Cup, which is planned to take place from November 21 to December 18, before the number of teams increases to 48 starting with the 2026 edition.

The “Best” award ceremony will take place after the 2022 World Cup, according to a Spanish publication.
