The two largest technological businesses, Cocoa and Navir, had their services interrupted by a fire in a data centre today, Saturday, which left their servers down for many hours.
According to Yonhap’s South Korean News Agency, the fire started at 3:30 pm local time in the “SK” building in Bangio, south of Seoul, where several sizable software businesses are located.
According to Yonhap, the structure houses SA units as well as servers for Navir and Cocoa.
The two companies, who were quoted by the Bloomberg News Agency, claimed that the fire caused numerous problems, including the failure of the correspondence programmes to function.
The two companies added that they were working to restore their services as soon as possible, and Yonhap said that there were no injuries, deaths or losses..
