Serdar Berdy Momdov, president of Turkmenistan, Ilham Aliyev, president of Azerbaijan, Nicole Pashinyan, prime minister of Armenia, Shawkat Mirzueev, president of Kyrgyzstan, Saddir Gabarov, president of Belarus, and Imam Ali Rahman, president of Tajikistan, are all present at the summit.
President Kazakh Qassem Gomart Tukayev, whose nation is hosting this summit, welcomed the leaders of the Association of Independent Countries.
