The husband of the Ismaili bride was charged with felony after his wife was allegedly held against her will and purposefully struck.
The Public Prosecution ordered in a statement this morning, Thursday, to present the husband accused of detaining his wife in the residence of one of his relatives, restricting her freedom, and intentionally causing her injuries to the criminal trial imprisoned for the case.

By asking the victim’s father, who saw his son’s distress as soon as he arrived at the victim’s home and the home of her husband’s brother, as she exited the brother’s home’s balcony in search of assistance from her husband, the Public Prosecution claimed that it had completed its procedures in the case.

The Public Prosecution also asked a journalist in connection with the victim and her husband, so she witnessed that the wife told her that her husband had infringed her and that she saw her injuries, so the police informed the incident.
According to the prosecution, the police investigations verified the incident’s veracity as well as the veracity of the victim’s wife, her father, and the witness.

The husband of the Ismaili bride who filed a report alleging that he had repeatedly beaten her was detained by the Ismaili security services.
Investigations revealed that the wife complained about beating the husband’s continuous husband, insulting her, and her constant detention at home for more than two weeks at a time and forcing her to sell her gold jewelry.

The wife asked to sign a medical examination on her to show her injuries throughout her body, and she also asked to listen to the statements of the neighbors to ensure that her husband and his family were mistreated.
The wife, known as the “Ismailia Bride,” was assaulted months before her husband during their outdoor February wedding.

Minutes after their wedding ceremony, before the bride left, newlyweds and their families exchanged beatings and arguments, according to a video released by Egypt’s telecom pioneers.
