Maqamat salon celebrates the centenary of the birth of the musician on Ismail

The Arab Singing House “at the Prince Bashtak Palace” – on Al -Moez Street, affiliated to the Cultural Development Fund Sector “Salon Maqawat”, in conjunction with the cultural program on Egyptian radio, where the salon celebrates the centenary of the birth of the musician on Ismail, tomorrow, Thursday, seven thirty.
The late musician’s daughter, Professor Shujun Ali Ismail, Dr. Mustafa Sabry, and musicologist Dr.

Director General of Music and Singing on Egyptian Radio is Enas Jalal El-Din.
The salon discusses the musician’s march on Ismail, who was distinguished in composing music and distribution, and he has many national works that inflame the feelings of the Egyptians in the aftermath of 1967, such as “Let Samey”, “Rayat Al -Nasr”, “Umm Al -Batal” and others, and the salon is accompanied by the presentation of the Doctor’s band Mustafa Sabri, music, a number of these works.

Additionally, it stands out for its composition and dissemination, and it includes a satisfying amount of folklore in addition to numerous works for radio, film, and theatre. He is the elder brother of Anwar Ismail, Fayek Ismail, and Jamal Ismail. He composed the music for more than 350 Egyptian cinematic films in addition to numerous national songs.
It is important to note that the late artist Mohsen Farouk was the inspiration behind the Maktat Salon.
