According to the investigative website “Media Bart,” Saint-Germain hired a company to conduct an operation intended at defending their interests from their alleged online adversaries.
He was one of the victims of the Saint Germain digital prank, along with the newspaper “L’Equipe,” other club bosses, and players like Killian Mbappe, the website claims.
When Mbappe debated whether to sign his contract to extend it, the Parisian club pressured him by creating fictitious accounts.
In response to the “Media Bart” report, Saint -Germain denied all accusations through a source that stated to the “RMC Sport” website, saying: “Saint -Germain is a global brand, working and cooperating with social media agencies all over the world.
The source continued, “Cooperation with these organisations is local and international in order to publicise and honour the club’s and its collaborators’ outstanding work. The club did not work with any organisation to harm any institution or individual.
Mbappe was one of the casualties when Saint-Germain joined a game with “malicious” intentions.
