The Kuwaiti publication noted that the ministry had addressed the Kuwaiti Civil Service Bureau and that problems are still pending, adding that teachers will be sent visas and tickets to enter the nation as soon as the Bureau gives its consent.

She emphasised how well-prepared the Kuwaiti ministry was to welcome teachers and give them a first advance of 200 dinars, which would be deducted from their pay, and she urged the “Diwan” to expedite the conclusion of their processes in order to fill the shortage in educational institutions, particularly in scientific subjects.
