“The fighter hunter” arrives Kyiv .. Does he change the course of the Ukrainian war?

News from Al-Madinah: As part of the Western assistance given to Ukraine on Tuesday, Berlin Kyiv sent the “Iris T” air defence systems to counter the Russian military actions that have become more frequent over the previous two days.
The broadest air attacks by Russia since the start of the war caused bodily casualties on the Ukrainian side as it rained dozens of missiles over the skies of the Ukrainian cities that turned into flame balls over the last Monday and Tuesday.

In response, German Defense Secretary Christine Lambrecht said, “The firing of the missiles on Kyiv and many other cities show how important it is to provide Ukraine with air defense systems quickly. Ukraine will receive the first of four IRIS-T air systems; Kyiv will receive the other three systems the following year.

“The system “Iris T’s” capabilities
How well does the system work?
The Iris T air defence systems that Germany is providing to Ukraine may cause a variety of issues for the Russian Air Force, but they won’t be very effective, according to Russian political expert McCleid Shuelman.
Shuelman claimed in an interview with “Sky News Arabia” that among other things “Berlin won’t provide Ukraine enough of the system to support such a broad front.

It is a tactical weapon, and its 40 km maximum range makes it superior to Russian defence systems like the S300 in both range and power.”
He explained that the third reason is that “in order to use the new weapon, the Ukrainians will have at least a month, which means that it will not enter the service quickly.

In response to a question regarding the capability of the Russian Air Force, Shalman stated that the Russian army “is able to destroy the new system as it had previously done with Himars and others, pointing out that Iskandar missile systems are capable of dribbling, as well as Russian aviation possesses high capabilities.
He made note of the “Fitbs” defence systems installed on the majority of Russian offensive aircraft and launchers on the battlefield, which are capable of locating any anti-aircraft missile and shooting it down with a potent infrared laser.
