Photocopy reports growth of Europeans for the consumption of vegetable meat

Four thousand customers from four different European nations participated in the survey: France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
The poll indicated that the consumption of vegetable meat has increased significantly, as 25 percent of the French, 40 percent of the Germans and 50 percent of the Italians and the Spanish said that they eat vegetable meat once a month.

Consumers linked this tendency to rising pricing as well as growing public awareness of the harm animal meat causes to the environment and how it affects human health.
The majority of respondents who shared their opinions expressed a wish to offer alternatives to traditional meat, particularly meat produced in labs using cells from living animals and then planted and allowed to develop there for a period of time.

Mansour Al-Delqimouni, a leading specialist on global food security, commented on the survey’s findings by stating that it “may be a sign of the beginning of a change in eating behaviour.”
The presence of numerous consumers who will make the production of laboratory meat widely commercially viable is crucial for the workers involved.
