The Liverpool star reveals Salah’s advice to him regarding his food

Harvey Elliott, a rising English star for Liverpool, provided Mohamed Salah’s first diet advise, who is an international player from Egypt.
After recovering from a serious ankle injury, the midfielder, who joined Jurgen Klopp’s team at the age of 16, demonstrated his value to the Premier League runners-up last season.

Elliott told The Times: “I have the chance to learn from every player in the current squad, which is fantastic since they all want me to succeed. For instance, Salah gave me advise about bread.
Salah is not one of those guys who will tell you what to do or not do; rather, he will merely provide you advise and let you consider it.
My typical breakfast comprises of bread with beans or avocado, he continued. I had bread for breakfast, but it was white bread.

Now I’ve switched to brown bread since Salah said it was healthier.
Dad said, “When he told me that, I thought in my brain what he was talking about, it was just breakfast, but when you think about it, you’ll understand that it was these simple things that formed what Salah is doing now.”
Elliott played in 11 games this season in all competitions, scoring just one goal.

The Liverpool player shares Salah’s nutrition guidance with him.
