Putin orders the Federal Security Service to guard the Crimean bridge

The Crimean Bridge, which was destroyed by a significant explosion earlier on Saturday, is now under closer surveillance thanks to an executive order from Russian President Vladimir Putin that directs the Federal Security Service to do so.
The proclamation states that “the Federal Security Service will be given rights to organise and coordinate protective measures for the transit route via the Kerch Strait, the bridge of the Russian Federation’s electricity network to Crimea, and the gas pipeline from the Krasnodar area of Crimea.”

This is the Kremlin’s initial response to the explosion, which appears to have been brought on by an assault on the bridge Moscow constructed after annexing Crimea.
According to Russian politician Alexander Chenstein, three groups are currently responsible for the security of the bridge. The National Guard in Rosjavardia took over sea control, the Ministry of Transport kept an eye on the roads and railroads, and the Ministry of Defense kept an eye on the airspace.

Ramzan Kadyrov, the president of Chechnya, volunteered his troops to secure the bridge in the future before the Kremlin issued the decision.

Putin requests that the Crimean bridge be guarded by the Federal Security Service.
