Maritimo, who had lost his first eight games in this season’s tournament, earned his first point in the championship, but he remained at the bottom of the standings. Bawafishna’s score increased to 16 points, placing him in sixth position.
Sebastian Perez gave Boavista the lead in the 22nd minute, but Andre Vidigal tied the score for Maritimo in the 56th.
