Moscow has observed a rise in the activity of the nuclear forces of Western nations, according to Konstantin Vorontsov, deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Department for the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.
In reference to the irresponsible speech of Western nations, the Russian diplomat said, “We have recorded indications confirming the increase in the activity of Western nuclear forces,” at the meeting of the First Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, as reported by (Russia Today) news channel.
According to Vorontsov, “a week ago, American officials threatened the potential of a strike on the Russian capital through the media, but this warning did not originate from politicians, but from the military. And if Washington views such a speech as responsible and appropriate, the vast majority of nations in this room will not agree.
