Russia: 3 dead, preliminary toll, as a result of an explosion targeting the Crimean bridge

The explosion that targeted the Kerch bridge connecting Crimea and Russia claimed the lives of three persons, according to the Russian Investigative Committee.
TASS news agency said that the Crimean authorities had built a land transit channel from the peninsula to other areas of Russia through new territories, although the Russian Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport claimed that navigation in the Kerch Strait did not cease.

The Russian National Anti-Terrorism Committee stated that the accident was caused by the explosion of a truck near a train that was running on the bridge, which caught fire to many of the train’s fuel tanks, while the leader of the Crimean State Council accused Ukraine for the bridge accident.
